I am planning a trip to the Wyndham in May of 2004. Would like to know how far of a walk it is to the beach from the resort and if the resort is very nice?

Hi There,

How long of a walk it is to the beach depends on where your room is on the resort. The beach at the Wyndham IMO is not one of the nicer ones on the island, but others are only a short taxi ride away.

I think of the Wyndham as being similar to a cruise ship on land. As with many AI resorts, the food is plentiful but very average compared to what is available island wide on STT. The rooms are nice and the resort offers a lot of activities.

Schultz,

If you have any suggestions on hotels I would like to hear from you. How are the prices on places to eat on STT. as compared to an All Inclusive? I have done some research on STT. I understand the carnival lasts for a week and there is one scheduled the last week in April of 2004, is this correct?
