My wife and I are retired, non-smokers on fixed income, looking for a clean house or condo to rent for Jan & Feb 2007 on St. Thomas.
Our budget is $1,500 to $2,000 per month.
Do you or anyone you know have a place to rent us?

Not to sound like a downer, but the odds of finding what you seek are VERY low. The reason? Most that own places for rent want to get at least a six month lease and the ones that DO rent month to month realize that they can get a lot more than $2,000/mo in January and February. Post this on the Relocation Board and see if you get more info there. Good luck.
