Hello All,

My husband and I are researching which area would be the most lucrative to buy a condo on the island. We'd like a 1 bedroom on the beach. I love the units at Secret Harbour, bldg 4 but the prices are so high. I'd love to chat with someone about this. I've talked to Mike and Bill and really appreciate their great help and hope to get more.

Does anyone know of someone selling a condo themselves?

Nancy: You might want to post this on the Relocation Message Board, accessible above where is says "Other forum." ALso. what do you mean by "lucrative?"

By lucrative we mean something that might hold it's own as a rental property or in the hotel rental agreement.

Nancy, Try sapphirevillage.com , my wife and I own and rent one. They are located above sapphire beach and have their own pools and restaurant.
