We are planning a trip to USVI in June with two kids(7/10). My wife want a great beach, both kids want both the beach and a nice pool at the hotel. I lean more towards a nice pool, but like a good clean / clear beach. Any suggestions? THis is planned to be a "do nothing" vacation.
I suggest Sapphire. Pool is fun - there is a shallow pool for little ones and a deeper pool with a waterfall. Also the beach is great and the rooms are right on the beach. Wyndham has a cool pool but their beach is not nearly as nice as Sapphire. Sapphire rooms have kitchenettes so you could make lunches in room if you want.
Hello,
Sapphire is a good choice as mentioned, they have a good kids program. Wyndham does also and their pool is large but beach smaller. The children would likely enjoy exploring both resort grounds; Sapphire has an adjacent property called Crystal Cove and there is a little pond there with ducks; the beach is also fun to walk along. Wyndham has a fancier feel to it. Secret Harbor is another option you might look at, they have a nice size pool and there is a floating raft in the bay - if the kids like the water and swimming they might enjoy playing on that. Elysian Beach Resort is another you might look at.

Secret Harbor for the quiet beaches. It is off the beaten path and the beach is shallow and very nice. Also not too big so you can keep any eye on the kids very easily!
