Hi,

Was in St. Thomas in April, and will be returning on October 17th, 2005, on the Empress of the Seas. Would like to know the site to check on where the Empress will dock. What's the weather like in October?, and, since the 17th is a Sunday, will all the shops be closed? If so, Trunk Bay, Here I come again. The 5 1/2 hours went bye all to quickly. How lucky you all are to live in such utopia.

And BTW Islander, thanks again for your assistance in answering my questions. Had such a great cruise, I had to do it again.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Best,

Bruce

Well, I feel kind of stupid. It's my second or third time to your site, and I was able to find Store Hours, but still would like to know what the weather is like in October and the site for docking. I'm going to continue to look through your site. I may feel even more stupid the second time around.

Thanks again.

Best,

Bruce

Well feel almost as stupid. Did a search using the word docking and found the area. Unfortunately, it only shows docking through May. Hopefully that will be updated.

After all this, I guess I can find weather in October on my own.

Sorry to take up space on your site.

Best,

Bruce

SO you expected answers in 14 minutes? We do live in an instant world but that's quick!
Weather will be perfect, just starting to get cool. You will probably be at the Havensight dock and the stores will be open as long as ships are in. Sundays only 'til 1 or 2pm!

Hi Ronnie,

Not only do I appreciate your quick reply, and you giving me the answers I wanted to hear, but most, your keen sense of humor.

Thanks for the important information. It will certainly help.

Best,

Bruce

Hello Bruce,

You can check out the weather in our weather section ;). Scroll to the top, right of this very page and there is a link there. Has average temps, rainfall data for each month of the year along with other info.

Glad you were able to find the other information. The cruise schedules are posted monthly, the last few days of the month for the next month - so check back in September for October. I hope this cruise goes just as well as the last!!
