I saw this location listed in the on-line survey of favorite snorkeling spots. Where is it, and how do I get there? Is it easily accessible from shore? Thanks for any replies!

Congo Cay lies Northeast of St. Thomas and North of St. John (Cruz Bay). It is only accessable by boat. Several of the excursion snorkeling boat go there. Actually, the better snorkel area is in the channel between Congo and Lavongo cays (Lovango is adjacent to Congo).

We snorkeled there on the Adventurer last year as part of a day trip going to Jost van Dyke (from St John). It was definitely a neat place to snorkel!
