I found this on a google. If any of you are ever in the New Orleans area, please stop by the restaurant in Kenner!

I look forward to hearing from any of my St. John and Virgin Ialand friends!

Hi Chris,

I've often thought about you! Hope all is going well at the restaurant and that you are doing well. Do you miss STJ?
Those meals at Tamarind were so enjoyable.
Keep in touch on the board or in pm's.

Chris -
Didn't you also work at Chloe & Bernards at The Westin? Awesome food & atmosphere, by the way.
Good luck in New Orleans.

Hey, I do miss St John. I would like to visit sometime soon. I am in the middle of the opening. We opened on 2-12 this year.
I have a really nice kitchen with some fun toys. It has been interesting to see how the locals take to the food. Our website is www.pellicanoristorante.com If any of you are ever in town, let me know, Ill hook you up. 😉 I wish I could get my hands on some sour sop, though! The fresh oysters and seafood kind of make up for it, at times!

The people in this town know how to party, thats for sure. I cant keep up with them!

Mat!

Well, I gotta keep in touch! I am missin the islands a little. Havent been back since 2005. I am sure there are lots of changes to STJ but I think going there without having to bust my tail might be a nice change! Although it would be fun to cook with you, again. Call me anytime Mat.
