Hey, I do miss St John. I would like to visit sometime soon. I am in the middle of the opening. We opened on 2-12 this year.
I have a really nice kitchen with some fun toys. It has been interesting to see how the locals take to the food. The fresh oysters and seafood kind of make up for it, at times!

Well, I gotta keep in touch! I am missin the islands a little. Havent been back since 2005. I am sure there are lots of changes to STJ but I think going there without having to bust my tail might be a nice change! Although it would be fun to cook with you, again. Call me anytime Mat.
