Hello:
I'm planning a trip to the Caribbean with my boyfriend. We are looking for someplace beautiful but also where we can be a part of the Caribbean culture through live music, food etc.

Can you recommend which islands offer the most cultural experience?

St. Croix would offer the most cultural experience, in my opinion.

Can you go during Carnival? That is when the culture is most celebrated.

Check the Carnival dates for all three islands and get to the one that fits yor schedule.

Island calypso music, local food galore, dancing, celebrations of the past, parades...all at carnival time.

So, I say it's not where you go, but when.
