We are two couples looking at St John. staying in a villa for a week in July. The two women are fine with lounging around a villa, drink and book in hand, getting out to explore a little. The men, however, are concerned : "what will we do all day?" .. When we traveled to Jamaica with this couple it was great at an all inclusive, as we women lounged as mentioned above and the guys would wander off and get in a kayak race, volleyball, sit at a bar, etc. They were off doing something all the time. To answer the guys: what would be on the agenda in St John?? Thanks to all....Kim

You can be as active as you want to be on St. John. Deep Sea Fishing, great trails for hiking, snorkeling in many varied locations, rent a dinghy and explore, Cinnamon Bay Watersports rents sailboats and kayaks. Really - if the guys get bored, they're just not trying!

Great information on this board. Take a little time and use the search function. You'll be amazed at how much there it so do on island!

Good Luck! Have Fun!

But activities will not be handed out as they are at an all-inclusive. The guys will have to think about what they want to do and hook up with that activity. A car is a must.

What part of the island is your villa located? Knowing that will help us to tell you what is readily available. As Linda said they will have to think ahead compared to an AI but as Lover mentioned there is more than enough to keep one occupied.

When in July? We have Carnival/Festival until the 4th. So there will be more going on if you are here then. BUT we still have plenty of things to do anytime of the year. Since I am a chick...I do have to say, you should spend time with the the ladies, loving them up, romancing them, reconnecting (trust me, it will come back to you in too many ways to mention for too far into the future than I can guess!) . If I were you, I would go fishing for one, and kayaking, and probably fishing again. We have tons of awesome snorkeling, lots of hiking, and just general exploring and bar hopping. If you are here for it, check out the post for "beach party every other sunday". That is a lot of fun, and it will suit the guys and the gals needs. St. John is more of a slow down kind of place, but we still have a lot for you type A's 🙂

Do not stay at your villa all day!
Rent a jeep, and go beach hopping.
Pack a cooler and grab some snacks from the market and just explore.
So much beauty, take a drive down centerline road you will be amazed!
You can rent a kayak from arthur at arawak expeditions, you can go on your own but he can take you on an awesome one day paddle
I highly recommed this.
Do NOT miss the many beaches one is more beautiful than the next!

Take up SCUBA diving while you are there. That will keep them busy.

Rent a dinghy one day.
Ram's head hike one day
Brown Bay Hike one day
Cinnamon bay hike one day (with remainder of day at the beach there)
Ruins exploring (Annaberg, etc...)
