We are looking for someone to take us whale watching the first week of April. We'll be in St. Thomas/St. John. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I believe they usually come thru here in February...isn't April kinda late for whale watching?? Anyone have any solid info on this subject?

No solid info, Marty...but I *believe* the same thing......especially since the STT Whale Watching tours are in February.

last year there was a whale sighting between STT and SJU in Pillsbury Sound. This hapened in late Feb. Generally you can see the whales from the north side, around Peterborgh. But they come ang go. They are not like being on the west coast where you can see them easy or down by Cabo.

But Feb would be my best guess also.

I've heard of sightings as late as March, but never in April!
