Hello experts! I will be travelling to St. Thomas next week and the weather report for every day so far is SHOWERS. Getting a little nervous but hoping this is a normal report for a tropical destination where showers happen daily but are passing. Can anyone prove me right?? Thanks in advance for your input.

You are right on the money. Passing showers. Seldom last more than 5-10 minutes, rarely cover the island...very localized.

Remember
30% chance of rain means 70% chance of sun.
If it doesn't rain sometime, everything goes brown and you can't drink.

Chris,
You can always drink - just maybe not water 🙂

Can't imagine a good drink on the island without ice!

Have a great trip.
FYI
Last time we went, rain was predicted 5 of 7 days. It rained 6 days but we only got wet on one and we were snorkeling at the time so who cared?
The other 5 days it rained late at night while we slept...so who cared?
