I was wondering what the weather is like in early November in STT. We haven't been able to make it back this year yet and we're having withdrawl!!! Thanks.
i went in nov it was quiet beautiful temps and layed back
god i gotta move there
November is the tail end of "H" season (don't wana jinx anything...) so it CAN be rainy. As a matter of fact the first Nov I lived here it rained almost 2 solid weeks. The systems that generate the big blows are still around, but the water isn't warm enough to get them to start the "spin".
That's not to say that it WILL be rainy - this year we had a rainy October. Go figger 🙂
I was on St. John for the 1st week of November in 2003 and it was perfect. Low 80's everyday. Beaches were uncrowded. Great snorkling. Heaven couldn't have been any better.
On the way to the airport it started to rain, and we took off in a bit of a rain storm. Apparently it didn't stop raining for 2 weeks, but that is unusual.
I'd say, go in November and take your chances. I was on St. John last year as Katrina was forming, and it only rained hard for 1 day. It was exceptionally windy a few of the other days, but just tiny squalls.
I think the chances of rain spoiling a St. John vacation are slim.

A few years ago in early Nov they had record rain fall. Rained everyday-just about all day for a week straight. We were in ST John and there were power outages and mudslides. Aweful.
The past two years it was fine at that time.
We were on STT the first two weeks of Nov. last year, had beautiful weather, if it rained it was mostly overnight or in the early AM, if it rained during the day it was just a passing shower.
Don't worry you can't control the weather anyway...if it rains make the most of it, your on vacation 🙂
