Hello good people. Our trip to the islands is coming up this week and wanted to know how the weather is going to be. I have been checking the weather via this site and accuweather.com and it states rain but i would like to know from some locals. Has it been raining the whole last week or just periods of rain? I know from past experiences on the islands that you get a cloud once in a while and rainf for like 15-20 min then it stops. Is this what will i be experiencing?

What makes you think your coming trip will differ from past experience when it comes to the weather? The weather is pretty much the same unless the cloud has a name. 🙂
Because i have never visited in October and that's why. I hope that answers your question.

Apologies if I came across rudely. It was not my intent. September, October and November tend to be wetter than most due to the tropical storm patterns. Still, steady downpours from one day to another are rare. Although the current pattern is cloudy and rain with the present tropical wave, it should clear out by Wednesday if not sooner.
