Getting nervous.....every day i check the weather from here and it looks like rain, rain rain, and my daughter's wedding is in ten days.....is it really raining there everyday? or is that just something they do to keep tourists away?
Glenn
As you may read in posts way back, usually the weather reports are not acurate! BUT, yes, we have had our fair share of rain lately! We needed it badly, so us locals are happy as cisterns are filling up, but those that are visiting, it certainly isn't what they wanted! (sorry everyone) 🙂 We had a couple days of solid rain, with 3 nights of rain prior that that. Yesterday was wonderful and Food Fair and Sean Paul played at the Stadium without fale! (Carnival time)! Today? Have had some rain and looks like it is going to rain more. We too, are ready for a little break! (I think I can speak for most of us locals)! I haven't ck'd out the satelite picture yet to see why we are getting more rainy weather, but guess I will sneak over and ck it out! I am "guessing" it shouldn't last too much longer and things will get back to normal. 10 days is a ways away, I will keep my fingers crossed for you! 🙂
Weather Channel has the current conditions on St. Thomas 23 degrees blowing snow and 9 degree wind chill.
Yahoo weather has STT as 23F - brrrr.... bring you snow parka LOL
In 10 days it will be beautiful, or beautiful with scattered showers (20%) - like it is 95% of the time.
