We are looking into a daytrip to Jost Van Dyke. Anyone out there taken this trip on the Wayward? Would you recommend it? Thanks in advance...

We sailed with Cap'n Phil last June but not to BVI. Our trip was to Lovango Cay just north of STJ. We had a great time, loved the smaller boat and he was tremendous in the water pointing out everything and answering all our and our childrens questions.

My only concern to BVI would be size of boat and water conditions. Several postings have mentioned power boats or larger sail boats would be better given the longer run and possible conditions.. Have no doubts about Phil or Wayward, just no experience concerning BVI trek.
