Any experiences with Pirates Ridge Deli Provisions Service on Water Island?

I did not have a good experience and I would like to see if it was an isolated incident or not.

Thanks, I'll remember that one for next year. What I don't want to happen is other folks get Burnt by Pirates Ridge Deli like I did.
