Pirates Ridge is a deli and provisioning place on the ridge above Honeymoon. All you can eat pizza is served there on Friday nite, and Mark will make a pizza to order any other time. He also does sandwiches and has provisions. Joe's Beach Bar and Heidi's Grill are both on Honeymoon every day, and Heidi now serves breakfast at the ferry dock.
The KonTiki was condemned by the authorities and so no longer visits, although some other outings come in to stop at Honeymoon. Not much else has changed on Water Island, which is the way I wish it would stay.

Thanks for the update.
Was the KonTiki the party boat/barge which used to come by Honeymoon ?
Indeed the simplicity is part of the islands beauty and attraction. I also think I was informed of some musical concert playing on Honeymoon on the 12th and 13th I think? Well see when we arrive.........Thank you once again. I love this message board more and more every day. Even though I may have nothing to add I feel a little in touch with fellow island lovers..

Correct, the KonTiki ws the big party barge that parked on the beach. Check the bulletin board at the ferry dock for concert information. Have a good trip.
