How many votes are given from the Virgin
Islands from each party.

Hello,
The answer to your question about Water Island is available elsewhere on this website at vinow.com/waterisland/history. The USVI has a non-voting rep in the US Congress - Donna Christian Green - and although residents of the VI are US citizens they can't vote in US presidential elections.

Water Island is not privately owned it is part of the Virgin islands therefore its falls under the jurisdication of the local Virgin Islands Government. There are individuals who owns private property on water island though.
