a few years ago i stayed on water island for a few weeks, loved it and came back a few times.
have not been there for 6 years. i wonder if there are any houses to rent - year round , for at least 1 year- on the island, within reach of someone who is not a milioner

I would try Mary Coe, her e-mail address is. . . [email protected] . She was my realtor when I rented out on Water Island several years ago. As you know there are limited choices out there because of the the small population but I bet she has at least 2 or 3 in your price range. Plus she, like most everyone else I ever met on Water Island, is super nice and SO helpful, I'm sure she can point you in the right direction. I'll be wishing you good luck on your house hunt, when I'm out on Honeymoon Beach WI next week, it'll be my first time back in 6 yrs too!
