I am sure if you are watching the election results on TV you will notice that the Electoral College elects the President -- since we have neither a Senator or a Representative we have no electoral vote - so we have no popular vote and cannot cast absentee ballots in any state if we are registered to vote here.

However, we can caucus! The Dem caucus was held here, and we were able to cast our votes for the delegates who would go forward to the Democratic National Convention and cast a vote to eventually bring us our nominee. This is how Hillary Clinton was eliminated. While we are small, we also know that every vote counts.

So, once removed, we do vote for the potential President... in a way.
