I will be visiting STJ in a week and need to make a budget. How much does an average meal cost? How much do mixed drinks cost? How much is a gallon of gas?

We are trying to keep our expenses to a minimum, so we are thinking about doing breakfast at our villa instead of eating out. Are there any hotels that offer a day pass to use their pool & bar? If so, which hotels have the best facilities?
