My husband and I are newly married. We would like to travel to St. Croix for honeymoon. He is not a US citizen. He has US driver's license, passport from Africa. What do we need to do to travel to St. Croix?

That's one that had me putting on my thinking cap. Does he have his permanent residence, or green card? If so he should be OK along with the government issued picture ID (driver license) for St. Croix. I must assume that he has a visa if he is in the United States, so that passport with visa along with his license should get him to the islands.

If he has no visa, please have him visit http://www.usembassy.gov/ --- he will need to choose his country and continue from there.
