The three villa's that we have narrowed it down to are: Sea Spirit, Island Time and Siempre Azul. This is for a June 2008 trip. Anyone out there familiar with any of these? I would appreciate any information you may have.

jannew: Suggest you rewrite your post to make the header more explicit. "STT/STJ/STX villa reviews" or, "(Island) followed by Sea Spirit, Island Time, Siempre Azul." Hope this helps get you some feedback.

We stayed at Sea Spirit in Oct, 06. It has one of the best locations on the island, total privacy and fantastic views of the sea. It is off Salt Pond Road about 1/2 mile up a rough dirt road, so might want to consider a jeep. The villa is small but ideal for two people. Has a queen size bed downstairs another bed in the loft. The down stairs bdrm has an in-window A/C and a celing fan in the living room area. Last Oct was warmer than normal so it got a bit hot in the afternoons inside. June 08 could be about the same. The villa shows some wear but its location and privacy, in my mind, made up for that. It is located close to Salt Pond Beach which is a sandy beach a short walk from the road and has excellent snorkeling. It was also largely deserted when we were there. The pictures on the St John website will give you a very good idea of Sea Spirit. The lady that owns it is fantastic.
We considered Siempre Azul for Nov this year, but didn't make plans far enough ahead to rent it. It has a good location and as I recall it has A/C. I don't have any first hand info on Island Time.
Another possibility that might interest you is Lile Paradis. It is fairly new, has a pool, has A/C, and is comparably priced with the other 3. Its view is not as good as Sea Spirit, but you can walk down to a beach from it. It is close to Sea Spirit, up the same rough rocky road.
If you have more questions about Sea Spirit, please feel free to contact me. Personally, I want to go back to Sea Spirit in Nov but my wife wants to try something different.

Thank you so much. That was very helpful. Our trip will be for R/R and 25th anniversary get-a-way. I think sea spirit will be great. Thanks again.
