We have rented Harbor Vista Villa on St Thomas and wondered if anyone has any feedback on it. It is managed by Curtis Johnson who seems to be a nice guy. It looks great from the available photos and we hope it lives up to our expectations.

Well either this place (Harbor Vista Vila) is nonexistant (in which case we are out a chunk of money) or it is so unknown that we will have a great time. I hope it is the latter.

We will be making our first trip to USVI and will be in STT for 8 days. We plan to take at least 2 day trips to ST John and possibly a trip to BVI. We also want to do some scuba diving and are looking for recommendations. We have one experienced diver and 3 beginners. Any suggestions? We also have a few people who want to parasail so we are looking for any suggestions on that activity also.

Part of our group of 10 adults are excited and want to do everything possible. I am content sitting on the beach or by the pool with a cool beverage and just relaxing.

We are very excited about our upcoming trip and reading all the cool stuff on this message board is building our anticipation. Five weeks and counting.

Don't know about your villa but I'm sure you will be alright. Villa rip-offs are almost non-existant. The other rental companies won't allow it. As for scuba, as it appears there are four in your party that want to do it, I recommmend combining a St. John day trip for your whole (10) party w/ four scuba and the rest touring St. John. I recomend Colete at 6 Paq Scuba www.6paqscuba.com She takes smaller groups (6 max) in a fast boat (gets you to places that bigger operators don't have time to get to), and is great with beginners.

Curt Johnson is a licensed real estate broker and is very reputable on St. John. I'm sure the villa will meet your expectations!
