First I'd like to say how great this board is for gathering information. Myself and two friends will be traveling to St Thomas in March or April. Any recommendations for a 3 bedroon villa with great views. I'd prefer the Red Hook - Northside area.

Thanks,
Lou

Hi Lou-

3 Bedrooms:

There are so many good ones on STT. Your budget might have to decide this one.

I recommend:

Taormina
East End (Estate Nazareth), St. Thomas
3Br, 3.5Ba, Pool, 4700 sq. ft.
Plantation style villa - which means the main house is separate from the bedrooms, across a pavillion where the pool is. There's a laundry room. Views of STJ and down island.

Great View
East End, St. Thomas
3Br, 3.5Ba, Pool
Single level home with great views of down island.

Sea Forever
Frenchman's Bay, Hawl Hill, South Side
3Br, 2 Ba, large Pool

There are lots more 3 bedrooms in Estate Peterborg, if you are willing to consider anything aside from East End. Estate Peterborg is probably more expensive, though.

You said you wanted Noth Side in Red Hook. I don't know that you'll find many/any villas facing North in Red Hook - it
is more of a South/East facing area. The North facing villas tend to pick up after you circle around past Frenchmans Bay and on to Flag Hill, where villas face North and West (overlooking Charlotte Amalie)

Ok, Northside, if that is another option I can recommend quite a few there.

Lou, did you mean Redhook OR Northside?

Thanks for the thought EE. That would make more sense. Lots of good villas on Flag Hill!

Blu

Thanks for responding. I would consider Estate Peterborg as well. Especially a villa facing Magen's Bay. I think the views would be great. As far as price goes, I would like to keep it in tyhe $3,000 range or lower.

Thanks,
Lou
