I will be visiting St. John in July and this will be my second visit. Anyone have any expenience with Suite St. John at Lavender Hill Estates? In particular Lavender Hill 4W. Or Coconut Coast studio villas or Garden By the Sea B&B?

Also how is Lavender Hill Estates different from Lavender Hill Suites?

Not sure -- but check out the construction going on in this area. I do not know this firsthand, but somewhere on this messageboard there is a discussion about construction -- starting very early in the morning.
