Please help me understand a litte more about villa rentals/onwership...

What % of the year is your villa successfully rented?

Is the % when it is not rented written off in any way?

How much do you pay your rental agency for their services?

Do they absorb any of the cost if your villa is not rented on a given week?

Do you list with more than one management/rental agency? If so, how many?

I'm really curious about how that business works. It seems to be increasing in popularity and I LOEVD it when we did it last year (we rented Calicaribe on STJ, now for sale, I am so sad not to be able to rent it anymore!)
