I have not stayed there. However, it is directly across the bay from the villa we stayed in last month. It looked wonderful from our vantage point and looked like it would have a spectacular view. As a matter of fact, it was the first villa I looked up info on when we returned home. We decided against it only because it doesn't have a pool. It is built right into the hillside so I don't think a pool was feasible when it was built. However, if a pool isn't important to you, book it. It looks beautiful.

The wife and I stayed next door at Andante By the Sea in May. Oceanport looks nice. The view from that hillside is unvbelieveable and the tradewinds keep everything on the decks nice and cool.

About 10 minutes from Cruz Bay. The road up to the villa isn't great, but a jeep will do just fine with it.

If you want a pool and like the Hart Bay area, consider www.andantebythesea.com. It is leased either privately or through vivacations.com (which is the route we took.)
