The villa Latitude in STJ looks fabulous from the various pictures on the Web, so we rented it for a week in late July. Anyone familiar with this villa? It is overlooking Klein Bay and the pebble beach is accessible from the villa. Seems to be a good location. Will have rental car.

Learned a great deal from this group. Thanks!

My wife and I have rented this villa for the week of 5/23. We think it looks fabulous, and chose it after talking directly to the villa manager. We'll let you know how it is!

3 weeks and counting....

Hi Chuck,

My wife and I have Latitude rented the week before you. We check in on 5/15 and out on 5/23. I guess we will pass you somewhere along the transition. We rented Rendezvous last year and walked past Latitude. It looked like a very nice place and was pretty new so we thought it was worth a try.

Only 2 more weeks, we are counting the days!

Hey Jeff,
Thanks for the info! The pics looked really nice when we were researching villas, but they can be deceiving. I think it should be a good place.

Can you leave a pitcher of margaritas in the freezer when you leave? 🙂

Have fun!

20 days and counting.....

Chuck

My husband and I rented Latitude last summer. It is fabulous!!! Very well equipped. The ONLY thing you need to bring is food. Terrific selection of CD"s. I guess I should mention the one tiny problem, the beds (mattresses) were VERY firm, (hard actually) to the point of being umcomfortable. Everything else was better then PERFECT.
