Has anyone stayed in Villa Gardenia on St. Thomas? What was it like. Planning a week in April and taking family.
Thanks, Carol
bride and i stayed 1 nite at gardenia in dec 04 when we had to arrive a day before moonsong was available due to flt loads. g's a large one room lower level effeciency. she was clean, well equipped and had ac. had cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and hot tub, but no view. convenient location just off south shore road past travelers way but before curvy climb before klien bay.
the rate reflects that it is a lower level apt and no view but offers good value if willing to forgo view. for a young couple that plans to spend the days at the beaches and touring stj or doing excursions, then spending the evening in town wining, dining and bar hopping, you won't find a better deal.
cloud 9 folks (owners of all their villas) are easy to deal with, dependable and very attentive. we return to c9 on gifft hill in feb for our 4th stay there and we have stayed in in a c9 villa 7 of our 9 trips to stj. 1st rate property manager in marcy appel who can provide a world of info for 1st timers.

Hi:
Thanks for reply. Must be more than one as the one we are looking at isn't an efficiency and has a view and three bedroom suites. Might contact your agent though as she may know about this property and have some tips.

My husband and friends will be spending a week at Villa Gardenia this summer, so I'll be curious to hear how your week at Villa Gardenia goes. It looks lovely and we're very much looking forward to the week. Enjoy!
