Does anyone know if there is a car rental agency in St. Thomas that has large passenger vans for weekly rentals? We will need a van that will seat 12 adults. Thanks!

We've had the same dilemma. We have 10 people going with us. At first we thought we would rent a van and that would be it, but the more we thought about it, it just isn't a good idea for us and here's why....
First and foremost....Some of those turns, and the tightnest of the streets. We really didn't think we would be able to get to our Villa (have been there before). The turns are just unbelievable and they're steep. We actually thought if we rented a van that we would want people to get out of the van before a couple hairpin and steep turns. If we didn't do that, I wouldn't be surprised if the van would tip over to one side.
Second reason.....husband and i, daughter and nephew like to get out early in the morning. The rest of our party may want to hang around, eat breakfast, stay at the villa. Most days, that isn't for us.
We're rented 3 cars and that way, everybody can do what they want, when they want.
Concur with Connie's thought pattern. Smaller and more is better
I would have to agree. Rent two mini vans. More flexibility with a large group and they will be much easier to drive and park.
