We are renting a villa named Oceana for a week. Are they a good company, we have never been to STJ before.

Oceana looks like a very nice villa. Lisa Durgin is great. You're in good hands!

Lisa Durgin is very nice and professional! I do not know about Oceana but I would ask a few questions before booking it. Are all the doors and windows screened? Is the pool heated? Does the villa have a problem with the septic system? Can you flush the toilets with toilet paper in them? How is the water pressure? Are the mattresses old and thin? These are all things I did not think to ask, that we had issue with in our rental!
