Trip update. First stop San Juan. It was okay. Day 2 Barbados. Absolutely gorgeous. Day 3 Antigua. We did an excursion for bottom fishing. had a great time. Day 4 Dominica. One of my favorite islands. The rain forest was incredible as well as the local food. We met a wonderful Cabbie names Roland who took us on a private excursion to the Emerald Pool. He was the nicest man, polite and decided we would love to visit the island again and look him up.. Day 5 was St. Thomas. We renewed our vows on Megan's Bay. What a glorious beach. Our wedding planner April and Reverand Bill made our day so special. We would have loved to stay the day but we had to get back to the ship. We changed and did some local shopping downtown. We had lunch at Gladys'. I though I died and went to heaven with her food. Our last stop was Tortola. A beautiful unspoiled island. Again we had only 4.5 hours. we took and excursion to tour it for 3.5 hours. I still had plenty of time to purchase some of the local art I wanted to. All in all the island hopping was the best part of my vacation. The people are so nice. An incident in Barbados at Accra beach left a sour taste. A con man named "Rico" decided to rip us off $100 US dollars. Our fault. We should have been more careful. We found out he owes our Cabbie $60.00!!!! Crap like him spoils it for everyone.
