I live in NJ and see alot of commercials for Puerto Rico, i was wondering why i have never seen any for USVI. Would the US tourism board be responable or the territory? I was there (STT) for the 1st time 9 months ago for 2 weeks and this past March for 2 weeks and GOD willing 2 weeks this coming october. Before my 1st. trip there i really never new anything about the it, now i cant get it out of my head. I tell everyone i meet that they have to check this place out! It has to be one of the most beautiful places in the world..... and it's OURS (US). So i was just wondering if anyone could explain why it's not promoted, it could only benefit everyone!
Thanks for any info,
JUSTIN
Shhhhhh - some of us want to share, but not TOO much - 😀
Here are the new ads - profiled on the On St. John e-zine. Just scroll down until you get to Jade's Virgin Island scrapbook video and her USVI music video - two pieces that the tourism board is plans to launch soon.

Enjoy!
I saw television ads promoting USVI vacations when I was in California in May/June.
Justin:
I guess they rely on "New Jerseyans", like us, to spread the word.
The only "advertising" (if you want to call it that) that I've seen on the USVI is in the Sunday News Paper (Liberty Travel ads).
From your "excitement" about the USVIs it looks like you love the islands as much as we do.

Here's an article of the requested budget for Tourism.
