Yup - looks like they discontinued the mid-week PHL-STT non-stop (#1424) starting May 8th. They are still showing it July 10th and beyond, but I am skeptical. My guess is that they will cancel and reschedule week-by-week, so I'll probably find out next week that I'm canceled too. Sigh...

Why couldn't they have waited just a few more days?! We are flying to STT on Thursday, May 11. Had the flight from PIT to PHL to STT, now going through Charlotte. The weird part was that we had just booked that flight a few days before they cancelled it. You think they might have been able to give us (actually the TA) a heads-up that they were possibly going to cancel that. I'm sure they'll change it again before it's time to fly.

US Air has non-stop fights on the weekends which is what we got for May. At this time they do not have mid week flights non stop. They may add them as demand increases.

Non-Stop is the way to go and we insist on that. Beware of plane changes on San Juan. They are noted for fumbling peoples luggage all the time. It is definetly not an airport I will be stopping on any time soon if I can avoid it. It is very common that you are seperated with your check in luggage for 24hrs or more.
