Not sure how this will imapct everyone's itinerary, but the fare for my itinerary has again dropped on the internet (not sure what the phone agents see, haven't called yet)- now $304 r/t - $350 with taxes and fees. This is now matching the American Airlines sale fares.
MORE vouchers if the phone agents can see this fare!
By the way, I also tried going to the airport the other night to get the USAir ticket counter agent to match the USAir internet fare. No can do - they couldn't see the internet fare and quoted me the same fare as over the phone agents had been quoting. At least now I know that's not an option. Some others on this forum have reported luck in doing that.
USAir travelers, check your itinerary for possible fare reductions and try to get your vouchers for the difference.
USAir fares are back up again today - lowest fare is now increased $96 from PHL.
