I have looked everywhere and can't find an up to date set of fishing regs. On the Govt.s page they have a downloadable PDF but it's from 2018.
Specifically open season for conch.
This page say the season opens Oct 1st. with a bag limit of 6

The Regulations hand book (link below) says Nov 1st. with a bag limit of 2

@CaptRon I just spoke with the USVI Division of Environmental Enforcement and was told the 2018 version is the most current. 2018 Version

I'll be there next week so conch is out of the question then. Closed season until Oct 31st.
Something odd in that document. On one page it says there is a 2 conch limit, another says 6.
Of course it doesn't matter for me since it's closed season right now.
