I'm trying t locate a male individual, only thing I remember is his first name is PETER. He's white tall, had long blonde hair at the time. He was living on the beach area of La Grande Princess area. He also use to hang out with another white male, going by the name of Ronnie. He use to drive a blue and white Volkswagen bus. This should be posted on the relocation forum which island residents subscribe to. Also note that this is St Croix, and also indicate time line - this year, last year, several years ago?
