Trying to Authenticate My Mom's Certificate of Naturalization from the Virgin Islands

I found 2 certificates of Naturalization belonging to my mom that looked old and shredded at the edges and then about 10 copies of the same certificate on brighter, heavier white paper. Can anyone help me find out if the two older looking certificates are originals? I don't actually remember how it is supposed to look.
