Skytsborg Tower - that's the one I've seen most often but recently I read this:

"Trygborg, the present Blackbeard's Castle, was constructed in the early 1680s and Frederik's Fort, now Bluebeard's Castle, was finished in 1689." in the book Historic Buildings of St. Thomas & St. John.
