Hi all,
This is my first time to the site. I have a wedding in May in St. Martin so I decided to make a trip out of it. My plan was to just go to St. Martin for a day or two for the wedding and then spend the rest of the week elsewhere. I was thinking the Virgin Islands. My question is...is there a relatively cheap/easy way to get between the USVI and St. Martin? I am flying from Washington DC and I know the flights are cheaper to St. Thomas than St. Martin. I am very unfamiliar with the area so any help would be truly appreciated!
Thanks
The one and only trip we took to St. Martin we flew into St. Thomas, spent the night there and flew on to St. Martin the next day. I'm not sure what the return route was for that trip but I'd suggest you see if you can fly through STT. In your search for your ticket this is considered a Multi City Trip. In other words you are looking for a flight from DC to St. Martin on the outbound but your return will be St. Martin to STT to DC. See what you come up with. I'm a St. John addict so I suggest you stay on St. John for your first trip to the USVI.
Thanks for the info. Diana. I keep hearing great things about St. John...I will have to check it out!
LIAT Airline is your best bet. Roundtrip from STT-ST Maarten is roughly $170 roudtrip.
Thanks Scott...I will look into Liat!
