I know this is late, but was not going to "bore" you all with a report. But having had a great time thought we'd share.

Flew in from Ca. and arrived at STT and the only thing that arrived with us was a small bag with shorts in them, rest of the luggage was still in San Juan, (it did make it to the resort by 8:30pm) no problem. Got our rental car from hertz and drove out to the Secret Harbour Resort (great place, more later). At lunch, our server at the Blue Moon saved the day and told us of the "new" K-Mart on this end of the island. Went and got some supplies and a new bathing suit for the wife, went back to SH and spent the afternoon in the water!!!!!

Secret Harbour: Fantastic property. We had a Oceanfront studio, clean, well stocked, and right on the water. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The snorkling was great, saw lots of fish, turtles, stingrays, squid, octopus. Many locals come down to the beach and spend the day. Not crowded. Will go back someday.

Blue Moon Cafe: Good food, nice staff. Ate several meals here, breakfast, lunch and a couple of dinners. I've heard people say the price of food here and in the islands is expensive, well coming from Ca. the prices are not that bad.

Red HooK: Busy and crowded. Some good restaurants and the grocery store was well stocked. The ferry for STJ was alittle confusing at first due to the construction, but once you figured it out, not a problem.

Dinner Cruise: Went with New Horizon and had a great time. About 30 cruisers and we had the whole aft of the boat to ourselves. Everyone went up front under the sails. The skipper and 2 crew would stop and visit (a quick break). We sailed over to one of the small cay's and had dinner, saw a stringray and "fed" the fish left overs. Weather was great until the rain hit on the way back, even that was an adventure (although we heard some people called the next day to complain).

Day Sail: Went with Sharon and Tommy on the Winnifred. Great day, us and one other couple, went over to STJ and stopped at the reef just off of the Cannel Beaches. Lots of fish and coral, turtles, stingrays and fish. Tommy was a great guide and Sharon was fun, great food and company.

St. John: Spent one day there and visited Cinnamon Bay. Other than a quick rain shower, nice day. Drove the island, hung out and had a very relaxing time.

St. Thomas: When we did leave the SH, drove to different locations, checked out the different resorts and such. Visited Utter Delight and Sticky Fingers (thanks Tommy) and thoughly enjoyed the people and sights of St. Thomas.

Overall we had a great time and can't wait to return. The only thing that I would improve on - Spend more time there, week is not enough!!!!

That's all for now, enjoyed and appreciated all of the boards help before the trip, you all made it more enjoyable!
