Hello,
My wife and I are visiting STT on march 24 thur 31st.We love dancing to live music. Are there many places to do this in St Thomas?
Names of places would be awesome.Looking forward to this vacation.Do bars have a closing time?
March is quite a long way off so what might be relevant now may well not be by then! The free advertising paper, "Island Trader" comes out every Thursday and stays up to date on all the local happenings including live music. It's available at most stores and supermarkets and you can also access it on line via the Virgin island Daily News website. You'll find the publication, "St Thomas This Week" at the airport and other outlets too so you won't be lacking for information. The closing hours of bars varies with some open until the wee hours to cater to the waitstaff coming off their nightly shifts. Honestly, after a day in the sun and all the swimming and snorkeling and fresh air, most visitors have a nice dinner and are in bed relatively early so they can be up bright and early to enjoy another beautiful day! Have fun!
