My DH and I will be coming to St. John in August for our 20th anniversary. We have rented a villa so we have our own kitchen but would like to eat out a few times, especially on our anniversary. He is allergic to wheat, dairy, and has sensitivities to MSG, sulfites, and a few other things. Any restaurants that are especially accommodating to those with food allergies? Thanks in advance for any help you can give me!
When you decide where you'd like to eat, give the chef a call in advance (obviously not during the evening rush when it's busy!) and discuss. You'll find most restaurants are very accommodating to those with food allergies as long as they're given a heads-up. Enjoy a great visit!
