Anyone know someone who has travel to USVI on a K1 Visa? This is a fiance visa which allows only one entry to the United States so I am a little nervous.

You better be careful since the trip back at the STT airport on your departure will just be like landing at JFK from Euope and going through Immigration, which can now be US Customs, which can now be Immigration.
