Instead of tacking onto the post for the people that will be down the week before, thought I would start a new one. The people your parents warned you about are invading St John from 2/24 until 3/3. Sixteen drunken boaters from WV. Actually we are staggering in over several days. My wife and two other couples are coming in on Thursday the 22 staying at the Mafolie Thursday night since we don't get in until 4:00. The Mafolie is a good overnight time warp to get back on island time, nice dinner great view just to get adjusted. Two other couples flying in with us are going straight to the Westin. My wife and I and one of the other couples chartered a boat for an overnight on the 23rd to sail to Jost then drop off Saturday afternoon in St John. Saturday is when it gets scary by Saturday evening there will be a total of sixteen of us trickled in. The island may never be the same. This is going to be a backwards trip for me as I usually spend one or two days on land and six or seven on a charter boat, (not my idea to be landlocked but I will survive). We did rent a couple of vehicles to help see the island I guess I better get used to driving in the left lane. I have never spent more than an afternoon in St John but seems like a beautiful place. Any suggestions on absolute must see things let me know. I have a friend bringing a charter boat over from St Thomas on Monday and taking all of us out for a sail around the island and will likely rent a couple of power boats mid week and run back to Jost and maybe Peter Island just so some of my Villa slug friends can get a taste for the BVI's. I gotta get in a couple of dives while we are down as well.

27Days to wheels/fins up.

I thought I would bump this up as a warning to anyone that hadn't seen it yet. We start traveling tomorrow and will be in St Thomas by Thursday.
Are we almost there yet??????????

Can you say Whites Bay?
