My current favs (they constantly change! I mean, so much so, that tomorrow I might answer differently! Haha!) are:

1.) INDiGO (at Magens Point Resort)
2.) Paradise Point on Thursdays for the jazz and the view (food is great, too!)
3.) Charlotte Tamales (not fine dining by any stretch of the imagination. I mean, you eat on paper plates...but TASTY!!)
4.) Frigate East

and

5.) The 'Ole Wife' at Uncle Buddy's on Coki Beach for lunch. (also not fine dining, but, oh, so yummy!)

Get the Crab Crepe for an appetizer at Room w/ a View! I used to eat there every Monday night when I worked at Bluebeard's and I would get that and the Lobster Thermidor. FANTASTIC!!

WE just came back from a week in St Thomas and had awesome meals at the following places. I would rate Oceana the best meal overall (with Indigo's a close 2nd). Atmosphere was wonderful at both places since you are dining outside. Room with a view was good however we were expecting open air dining, so we were dissapointed in that respect. But great meals at all 4 of these places. Tried Fungis but had a waiter with an "attitude" and apparently their blender was broken so no tropical drinks. Food was just okay, wouldn't say you "had" to go there. Hook Line and Sinker was an unexpected surprise (indoor) but open windows that give you the feeling you are outside. Food was very good but slow in coming. (typical of the islands, very laid back and in no hurry.

Indigo

No one mentions The Beach House at Bolongo Bay.....it's quite good!
Havana Blue is, undoubtedly, the winner in all categories, however.

I disagree regarding the Beach House. It is over priced and the resort is down right shabby. I didn't find the food up to par with their advertising.
I would agree with Havana Blue and Old Stone and Craig and Sallie's
