My husband and I will be visiting St. John in July for scuba diving and snorkeling. What events/restuarants/hiking/diving must we see there to make our trip complete? We both LOVE good food and good water! I have a thing for waterfalls and stingrays. Also, we were looking into staying at Estate Lindholm. Any news on that particular place?

Not in any order, Drive around the island, hike the Reef Bay trail, Trunk Bay, Cinnamon Bay, snorkel at Waterlemon Cay, shop in Cruz Bay, visit Annaberg and Cinnamon Sugar Plantation Ruins, Salt Pond Bay, Caneel Bay, go over to St. Thomas for the day, day trip to the BVI's - the Baths on Virgin Gorda for a day.

Have a great trip.

Waterfalls- not a big thing on St John, although if it rains, take the Reef Bay Trail and go to the Petroglyph pool.
Stingrays and Spotted Eagle Rays- Look for turtle grass/sandy bottom areas such as Hawksnest, Leinster (between the cay and the point), the Caneel beaches, some of the south shore beaches, too.
Diving- in the summer, silversides and tarpon can be found around Carvel Rock. The Arches and Tunnels of Thatch is a great dive. Go with Chris Sawyer on the Friday Rhone dive. Diving will depend on weather conditions, as you know. There is almost always somewhere to dive! Have a great trip!
