GOOD DAY EVERYONE, not sure where to ask this question, but after reading ALL the HELPFUL suggestions posted here, I'm sure someone can either answer or re-direct me....I have several timeshares , 2 in Cabo and am planning a pre-move visit to STT this spring 2011. after reading Spikemauler's comments today about Marriott Frenchman's, I would like to trade 1 or 2 weeks of a Cabo 5 star resort for 1 or 2 weeks @ the Marriott { or equal} any takers?? or suggestions.... not expecting the PMV to be determined by a timeshare visit, we're looking @ a family property near Hull Bay. Any info will be appreciated

You'll need to go through Interval International to get into Marriott's Cove. The units don't just get 'traded' that way, so if your existing weeks are within the Interval System, you have a chance to exchange in...albeit not a high chance unless it's in late summer or early fall. Your best bet is going to be vrbo.com route and find something from there--

Good luck!

I can't think of any time share complexes near Hull Bay. The condo's near there are definately not resort caliber, and most of the accomodations near Hull Bay are single family villas. Maybe a villa owner might want to trade you a couple of weeks in Cabo.

We have a condo on the north side in Pineapple Village, still a ways away from Hull Bay but closer than the Marriot, about 10-15 minutes away depending on traffic and time of day (correct me locals if my estimate is off, I don't travel that way often and have never actually timed it). Although our place is newly renovated and poolside I wouldn't call it a 5 star resort by any means. Comfortable, new, immaculately clean and well appointed with new furnishings. Would be willing to trade with the understanding that I may be in the deficit.

A shot in the wind: If you happen to live in the Chicago area I also own several rentals in the Galena Territory that I would be willing to add to the pot. Both homes are of the 5 star variety.
