What time zone are STT and STJ in? If a cruise ship is scheduled to be docked from 10am to 8pm would it be in the time zone of the port?

We're in Atlantic Standard Time which means during this time of the year we're one hour ahead of Eastern Time but when the clocks spring forward we're on the same time as Eastern Time. Our clocks neither spring forward nor fall back. Your itinerary will be local time for the port you're in.

KatieJo: You have to watch out for "ship's time." If you leave from Florida, for example, they may do everything on EST. They will let you know, though! 😉
